A sewing pattern to sew a basic children’s backpack. This backpack has a main compartment with a zipper closure, as well as an additional front pocket with a zipper and two side compartments on the side of the backpack made with mesh and elastic fabric to have easy access to your water bottle or whatever you want to keep there. To sew this backpack, we recommend using a waterproof fabric like our Polyripstop fabric for the outside and our new 3D Mesh fabric for the outer pocket. This design is really easy to sew thanks to our sewing pattern and illustrated step-by-step instructions.
