How to sew a fleece dressing gown for women and kids designed by @modaenlacostura

Sol from @modaenlacostura will guide you through the step-by-step instructions to create these two beautiful raglan sleeved dressing gowns. In addition, they feature a high collar that you can wear more or less open depending on how high you fasten the zipper.
Materials
For the kid’s dressing gown in sizes 4, 5 & 6 years:
- 47 1/4″ (120 cm) of the main bat design coraline fabric from Katia Fabrics.
- 23 5/8” (60 cm) of the jersey Anteater Graffiti fabric from Katia Fabrics.
- 1 zipper: 23 5/8” (60 cm) long, open ended or closed as preferred.
- 23 5/8” (60 cm) of knitted interlining for the facings and collar.
- Cuff: 3 7/8” (10 cm) of tonal ribbed fabric.
- Elastic for the back: 9 7/8” (25 cm).
Next, we are going to show you the materials that you are going to need to sew the women’s dressing gown in sizes 10, 12 & 16:
The adult version is very similar to the kid’s. However, the raglan sleeve has two pieces for a better fit.
- 66 7/8” (170 cm) of the main bat design coraline fabric from Katia Fabrics.
- 39 3/8” (100 cm) of the jersey Anteater Graffiti fabric from Katia Fabrics.
- 1 zipper: 31 1/2” (80 cm) long, open ended or closed as preferred.
- 23 5/8” (60 cm) of knitted interlining for the facings and collar.
- Cuff: 5 7/8” (15 cm) of tonal ribbed fabric.
- Approximately 17 3/4” (45 cm) of 3/4” (2 cm) wide elastic for the back part (optional). This elastic allows for the garment to be adjusted as required, it can also be graduated or not used at all.
