Learn Jacquard Crochet

This consists of combining various colours in the same row to make the pattern or design. Each colour worked that is indicated on the graph is done in single crochet. When working one single crochet with one colour, the rest of the yarns are hidden behind this same stitch. And so on. Advice whilst working flat Jacquard Crochet: hide the lengths of yarn well so that the colour changes and the lengths of yarns being carried across the back of the work cannot be seen on the right side of the work.

Modifications

This book cover can be adapted to any size. It´s only necessary to increase or decrease the number of stitches and rows, making sure that the letters and the design on the front and back covers are centralised. It is also possible to modify the book spine by increasing or decreasing the number of central stitches between both sides of the cover.
