Katia USA Delivery Information

All orders placed before 1:30pm CST will be processed on the same day from our US warehouse. Katia process orders Monday-Friday.

You will be sent a notification email when your order has shipped. 

Katia is not responsible for postal service problems or delays that are outside of our control.

Courier Restrictions

Due to courier restrictions the following regions experience longer delivery times and a surcharge. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free postage promotions to these postcodes. Please note the Express option depends on availability and is not a guaranteed service.

Restricted Regions - AK & HI

We are currently unable to deliver to the armed forces or holding addresses.

International Shipping

Katia ship to many countries worldwide. If you live outside the USA please visit the International Katia website and select the appropriate country.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been despatched, Katia will send you an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at usastore@katia.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

We accept returns up to 30 days after despatch, if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at usastore@katia.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
