Katia USA Delivery Information

All orders placed before 13:00 Eastern will be processed on the same day from our US warehouse, located in Ohio. Katia USA process orders Monday-Friday, unless there is a Federal Holiday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

You will be sent a notification email when your order has been charged and once it has been shipped.

  • Katia USA typically uses UPS Ground shipping for most addresses in the 50 States, Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico. USPS Ground Advantage also used in some cases.
  • No PO Boxes accepted.

Katia USA is not responsible for postal service problems, postal service strikes, adverse weather, or other situations beyond our control.

Courier Restrictions

Due to courier restrictions the following regions experience longer delivery times and a surcharge. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free postage promotions to these postcodes. 

Restricted Regions - AK, HI, PR, and some APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

International Shipping

Katia Yarns ships to many countries worldwide; however purchases made from https://www.katia.com/us only ship to addresses within the 50 States, Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico.

If you live outside the USA, please visit the appropriate website for your region by clicking "Outside USA?" at the top of our homepage and selecting the appropriate country.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been despatched, Katia will send you an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at usastore@katia.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
