Katia UK Delivery Information

All orders placed before 1:30pm will be processed on the same day from our UK warehouse. Katia process orders Monday-Friday.

We aim to deliver Express Delivery orders on the next working day - please note this is not a guaranteed service.

Express Delivery orders placed before 1:30pm on a Friday will usually be delivered the following Monday.

You will be sent a notification email when your order has shipped. 

Katia is not responsible for postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Due to courier restrictions the following postcodes experience longer delivery times and a surcharge. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free postage promotions to these postcodes. Please note the Express option depends on availability and is not a guaranteed service.

At this time we do not offer a click and collect service. Please subscribe to our emails and we will let you know when this service is available

International Shipping

Katia delivers to many countries worldwide. If you live outside the UK please visit the International Katia website to shop through your local website.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been despatched, Katia will send you an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info-uk@katia.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes at this time

Returns, exchanges and refunds

We accept returns up to 30 days after despatch, if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info-uk@katia.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
