The store pickup option is available only in those stores affiliated with our online sales platform. These stores attached to katia.com are the ones that the system shows in the list of nearby stores with Store Pickup service.

Free home delivery is automatically deducted from the total after exceeding the amount indicated in the table. In My Cart the value indicated in Shipping costs will be € 0.00.
For free in-store pickup, make sure you exceed the amount indicated in the table.
Once you're ready to order, click on PROCESS MY ORDER in My Cart and mark Collect in Store. Then, select one of the stores near your location so that the value indicated in Shipping costs: Pick up in Store changes to € 0.00.

Once you have selected the payment method, click on ACCESS THE PAYMENT GATEWAY and follow the instructions. The payment is made automatically once you have finished the steps and completed this process.
After completing the purchase process for your order on katia.com, we send an automatically generated confirmation email to your email.
