The shipping of your online order is carried out by the assigned store, within the business days indicated in this Table of Delivery Times. If no nearby store has the items, your order is shipped from our warehouse, on behalf of the nearest store, within the delivery time indicated in the table.
In either case, the local store bills your order online. Therefore, for any questions about your shipment, you can contact the assigned store directly. You will find their information in the email of the store assigned to your order.
You receive an email when your order is assigned to the nearest store. You also receive an email from us with the tracking number and another email from the transport company to confirm delivery.
To find out the delivery time that applies to you, please refer to this table of delivery times. At Katia we support local commerce by assigning your order to the nearest store that has all the items of your order. If there are no nearby stores that have all of your items, your order will be shipped from our warehouse, on behalf of the closest store. In either case, the store bills your order online.
If you select the Store Pickup option, you can choose the store where you want to pick up the order. The system displays the stores near your location, but if you click on Another store (at the end of the store list) you can search the map for another store where you are interested in picking up the order.
Orders placed on katia.com are prepared by the assigned stores, if they have all the items of your order. Therefore, the stores are responsible for the shipping. Each assigned store has the freedom to contact the courier services with the transport companies they trust. Once the store ships your order, you receive a follow-up email with information from the transport company.
If the assigned store does not have all the items, the order will be sent from our warehouses through some of the following transport and parcel companies: ASM, Correos, DHL, Envialia, GLS, Halcourier, Mail Boxes Etc. , MRW, Nacex, Rapid Express, Redyser, Seur, Tipsa, TNT, Tourline Express, UPS, ViaXpress or Zeleris.
Before changing your delivery option, you should contact the assigned store to make sure they have all the items in your order available for pick up at the store. You can find their contact details in the email from the store assigned to your order.
If the assigned store has the entire order in stock, you can arrange with the store to pick up the order. If you have paid shipping costs and you meet the conditions for free collection, we will refund your shipping costs. Check the shipping costs requirements table for the minimum amount needed for free in the store pick-up.
However, if the assigned store does not have the entire order in stock, it is not possible to change the delivery option to in-store pickup. The reason for this, is that your order will be sent from our warehouse, on behalf of the assigned store, directly to the shipping address you specified.
You will find their contact information in the email of the Store assigned to your order. Once your order is ready, the assigned store will contact you directly to let you know when you can pick up your order.

As soon as the store contacts you to inform you that the package is available / ready in the store, you have 5 days to collect your order. Pick up your order as soon as possible.
