Our website is a sales platform for the yarn and fabric stores in your area. Orders placed on katia.com are assigned to stores near you that handle shipping and billing. Therefore, if you want to request an exchange or return, you must directly contact the store assigned to your order. You will find their contact information in the email of the Store assigned to your order.
Once an exchange or return has been agreed on, you can bring the products to the assigned store in case it is a nearby store. You could also ship the products back by courier. In this case, you must bear the shipping cost of the product you want to return or exchange.
After receiving the returned products in perfect condition, from Katia we pay the corresponding amount to your account (the same one with which you paid your order). The shipping costs of the order are not included in this refund.
Katia will bear the shipping costs of a return or exchange it in case of quality defects or if there has been an incident or error from the assigned store or from Katia.

The time period to request a return to your assigned store is 14 calendar days within receiving the order.
Once an exchange or return has been agreed upon with the assigned store, the corresponding refund will be credited to your bank account (the same bank account you used to make the payment of your order with), after we have received the returned products in perfect condition.
