Velvet Fine is an agreeable velvet effect yarn with a subtle shine. Velvet Fine is a perfect yarn to make sensational women’s jumpers and it is a comfortable yarn for knitting warm girl’s ponchos and simple mittens.
Each ball weighs 50 grams and is 160 meters. This is a medium weight yarn and we recommend using size 3 - 3.5mm (4 - 5 U.S) knitting needles and size 2.5 - 3mm (C - D U.S). 6 balls of yarn are required to make a woman's long sleeve jumper in size 12. To make a 4x4" tension square work 18 sts and 28 rows. Machine wash up to 30ºC on a wool cycle. Do not tumble dry.
