\nNerves, emotion, intrigue! We are going to announce the winner of the #FelixKnitsKatia Competion<\/a>.<\/strong> But before we do, we want to say thank you\u2026. First, to all the knitters and crocheters who have come out to knit in public\u00a0with Felix\u00a0on WWKiPDay<\/em><\/a>. Many thanks also to the\u00a0Katia stores<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0for hosting Felix and for organising an event in their city. This year the Katia Knit Day Map<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0connected more than 80<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>events throughout the whole of Europe. And last but not least, a very special thank you to De Estraperlo<\/strong><\/a>, the amigurumi<\/em> artist and creator of our Felix, the happy knitter. Thank you to everybody for sharing your enthusiasm and your desire to have a lot of fun!<\/p>\n

Knit in public with Felix<\/h2>\n

If you\u00b4ve been out in public to knit or crochet with Felix this year, pay attention because you are not alone! More than 95\u00a0Felix amigurumis<\/strong> are happily knitting all around the world. All you friends of Felix have surprised us over the past month with your photos. Above all, you\u00b4ve made us laugh with each postcard we\u00b4ve received with the hashtag #FelixKnitsKatia<\/em><\/a><\/strong>. Excursions in the Woods, strolls along the beach, relaxing moments in the park, visits to our Katia Stores<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0adventures in the vegetable garden and even from a party\u2026. And of course, he\u00b4s knitting his never ending scarf all the time! Furthermore, we\u00b4ve enjoyed Felix the chameleon, dressed in striped jumpers, an Andean poncho, sailor\u00b4s hat, Mexican sombrero\u2026 He\u00b4s even grown a moustache, worn glasses and hung a camera around his neck, amongst many other accessories.<\/p>\n

And the super prize goes to\u2026<\/h2>\n

Although all the participants deserve to win the super prize giveaway made up of yarns and Katia magazines, on this occasion, the winner is Balbina Serrano. Congratulations! We hope that this is the start of numerous projects together with Felix. To everybody else, good luck next time, because yes, we are already thinking about new competitions involving knitting and crocheting and having lots of fun.
