You will need to cut out 2 fabric hearts for each coaster. Pin in place so they do not move.<\/li>\n<li>Work a row of stitching around the heart shape at a distance of 3\/8\u201d (1 cm) in from the edge. A contrast colour sewing thread to the fabric can be used if desired.<\/li>\n<li>To finish, unravel and fray the edges. You have now completed the first coaster option.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-13797 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.katia.com\/blog\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/MOUSSELINE-CHAMBRAY-ROSE.jpg?resize=550%2C850&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"fabric coasters\" width=\"550\" height=\"850\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Double stitched fabric coasters<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Cut out 2 pieces in the fabric using the heart shaped coaster pattern.<\/li>\n<li>Place the 2 pieces together, with the right sides facing together, and sew around the edges.
