Hi! My name is Vicky, and I am a knitter<\/strong> based in London. I discovered my passion for knitwear<\/strong> design in my second year of college. After finishing my apprenticeship with an Italian knitwear manufacturer, I decided to share my work with the knitting community <\/em>on Instagram<\/a>. T. Bottom-up sweater<\/h2>\n

The T\u00e5rta Sweater is a bottom-up<\/strong> knitting pattern made with Katia Ingenious Big<\/em><\/a>. This jumper pattern<\/strong> is inspired by Scandinavian<\/em> furniture and accessories. It features light and mellow colours, 80s soft twists and twirls and oversized shell jackets. The soft blend of pale and wintry colours on the fluffy fibres gives this bottom-up sweater a comfy<\/strong>, minimalist look with a cozy<\/em> palette. This is why it is named the T\u00e5rta Sweater, just like a piece of delicious Swedish cake.<\/p>\n

Pattern in size S, M, L, XL<\/h3>\n

This pattern includes chain cable stitch<\/em> details at the front<\/strong> and the back<\/strong> of the sweater, knit<\/em> and purl<\/em> stitches and playfully shaped sleeves<\/strong>. Size M is modelled in the pictures, but we have also provided adjustments to resize into sizes S, L or XL. Above all, it is suitable for beginner<\/em> knitters with some experience. The toughest parts are the chain cable <\/strong>knitting pattern<\/em>, but they\u00a0are explained with pictures. As a result, the fit is cropped and oversized, creating a cozy look<\/em>. In short, the jumper matches well with a simple pair of pants or a skirt. Of course, you can also choose different yarns to mix and get creative.
