We are very happy to have this talented designer with us again<\/a>. This time, Valentina Bogdanova has turned our Concept by Katia yarn\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Ultralight<\/span><\/a>\u00a0Merino<\/a><\/span><\/span> yarn into the Aguacero Sweater<\/strong><\/a>. Without a doubt, a beautiful top-down sweater with a round yoke ideal for knitting on rainy days.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\"Top-down<\/p>\n

Top-Down Seamless Jumper<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

The pattern<\/strong> on the yoke section of this jumper reminds me of leaves that fall on moist autumnal soil. Those leaves submerged in puddles full of ripples created by the rain. That\u2019s why I have called this jumper<\/strong> Aguacero<\/em> <\/a>(which means heavy rainfall<\/em> in Spanish). This is a top-down seamless jumper<\/strong><\/a>, so you start with the neckline and work downwards. The yoke section is made up of an interesting combination of cables<\/em> and eyelet<\/em> stitches; whilst the rest of the jumper is knitted in simple stockinette<\/em>. It is not necessary to knit two colours at the same time across the coloured section. This broken stripe<\/em> effect is easy to knit by slipping the stitches.<\/p>\n

Valentina has been knitting since she was 5 years old.
