Hi, I’m Raffaella from raffamusadesigns.com. If I had to describe myself in just two words, I’d say I’m a crafty scientist! When I’m not running experiments at the lab, I’m sitting on the sofa playing with yarn and handicrafts. Most of the time, my hands are full of crochet projects, some knitting attempts, occasional sewing, and a lot of cooking! Crochet potholders are definitely one of my greatest obsessions. I think I’ll never tire of making this kind of crochet kitchen decoration! So, I’m delighted to share my Teatime tapestry crochet potholders pattern with you, made with Katia Fair Cotton.

Tapestry crochet kitchen decorations

For the last 3 years, I’ve been sharing my free patterns and tutorials on my website, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube. You’ll find all sorts, from small colorful appliqués to cute accessories and many home décor projects. This trio of crochet potholders is inspired by my love for a good tea break. And we all know what drinking tea really means… Eating cake! For this reason, I’ve combined Katia Fair Cotton, a 100% organic cotton, in cute pastel colors to design these tapestry crochet kitchen decorations. Working the tapestry crochet charts triple stranded creates a thick and sturdy fabric. So, these tapestry crochet potholders are both decorative and functional. You’ll love to use these small cloths in your kitchen and create some gingham, teapot, and muffin squares with your crochet hook!
