The new collection Katia Fabrics Spring Summer 2019 “OFF-HOLIDAYS” continues the popular trend for the desire to escape and disconnect both physically and emotionally. With or without suitcases, by motor home or cable car, dancing or playing, but above all, with a lot of imagination.
This SS19 collection Katia fabrics seeks adventures in far away countries and other epochs, accompanied by characters with free spirits. Families can allow their imaginations to fly and create their own worlds thanks to the different fabrics and original designs. Explore, enjoy and discover the new SS19 OFF-HOLIDAYS collection! Once again, this season we are counting on our cool 100% cotton poplin, comfortable jersey and resistant canvas fabrics. We are also featuring a summer weight sweat fabric to cover up on breezy nights, and a new versatile denim fabric.

Spring Summer 2019 Katia Fabrics
We present 18 Collections with Limited Edition prints in vibrant and trend colours for all ages and all tastes. We have also introduced 37 new sewing patterns for baby, kids and accessories.
Pastel Tones
First of all, Magic Dream is a collection of 4 prints in soft tonal greens and creams created by the well known illustrator Lady Desidia. Inspired by the magic of nature, trees, birds and leaves, which have been combined together to create a sweet and delicate theme. Sew a set for your baby or an original lightweight girl’s dress.
Little Indians: if you like koalas and pastel tones, this collection is for you. It features two poplin fabrics and a beautiful feather print jersey fabric. We propose this T.shirt with a knot at the back.
Ballet: a collection composed of two soft poplins (100% cotton) in tonal pinks featuring illustrations of ballet dancers and ballet pumps. These are definitely going to be the favourite fabrics of your little ballerina.
Miniwood: you will see that summer is clearly all over this collection thanks to the white and blue printed ice cream design. If you want to surprise, why not sew this baby’s sleeping bag in the shape of an ice cream.
Bee Garden: bees and honeycombs are combined together in one of this season’s key colours: mustard. Skirts, trousers and dresses are our proposals for this collection. Which is also designed by our beloved Lady Desidia.
Colour Explosion
Into the jungle: a collection that draws its inspiration from the jungle and its animals, above all the amusing monkeys. A palette of greens, oranges and strong blues is ideal for sewing fun garments for the whole family.
Canvas & canvas gold is the new collection featuring our most resistant fabrics which are perfect for making accessories. Like bags, backpacks or toiletry cases. There are 11 prints and a Canvas Natur in cream, to use as a coordinating fabric, for creating exclusive designs like these backpack and bag patterns.
Caribbean and Australia are two collections featuring animal prints in shades of green and intense terracotta. Sharks and crabs are the protagonists. The jersey and summer sweat fabrics are ideal for sewing comfortable clothing that will allow tiny tots to play with ease and freedom of movement.
Always Frida is our little- big tribute to this great woman. As a result there are 3 fabrics in pinks and greens which exude the essence of Frida.

Meow: we could not miss out on a collection for cat lovers. Meow fabrics are full of colour, design and warmth. Fall completely in love with this baby sleeping bag in the shape of a cat.
DENIM
Denim: if you want to create a unique design we recommend that you use one of the 4 new denim fabrics that we have introduced this season. Certainly this is a 100% cotton fabric with that characteristic blue hue that we like so much.
Travel with Katia Fabrics
Travellers is our most travel inspired collection. It features cable cars, planes, cars, motorbikes, bicycles and suitcases. Sew a fabric suitcase or a jumpsuit and hat set ideal for travelling to and exploring new worlds.
Pioneers: this is the collection for adventurers. It features rhinos and tepees in tonal whites and yellows, a combination that will not go unnoticed.
Circus: if you like doing pirouettes and juggling you are going to be very comfortable with this collection. Combine the three prints to sew this wide trouser onesie.
