Take part in the 1st edition of the AW23.24 Katia Fabrics Prints Awards. We’re looking for the next Lady Desidia. Every season, she surprises us with illustrations full of character that are exclusively part of our extraordinary Katia Fabrics prints.
If you’re passionate about textile design, take part and show off your ability to create a unique print. Your creativity could become part of the new 23/24 Autumn-Winter Katia Fabrics collection.
We support your talent! Releasing a print created by you is a fantastic opportunity to put yourself on the map. Jump into the world of textile design with the AW23/24 Katia Fabrics Prints Awards!
Requirements to participate
1. AUTHORSHIP
The illustration must be 100% yours and previously unpublished in any media.
2. FORMAT
Send your design in a high-resolution digital format: Photoshop (layered PSD) or Illustrator (AI).
3. INSPIRATION: texture leaves stamp, relief, papercut
The illustration must be inspired by the texture of branches, autumnal prints, fall leaves… Let your imagination run wild!
4. PANTONE
The colors you should use are Pantone LIVELY VIOLET or SOFT ROMANTICS. Choose one or the other.
5. FABRIC
Keep in mind that the fabric your design will be printed on is Canvas Slim, a canvas fabric perfect for creating accessories.

- Attach your illustration in a high-resolution digital format, either Photoshop (layered PSD) or Illustrator (AI).
- Introduce yourself! We want to know your story, who you are, and why you want to pave your way in the world of textile design.
- Remember to tell us something about your design: source of inspiration and any interesting details.
Finalists and winners
Members of the Katia Design Team will select the finalists among all the proposals received. Above all, we will value wow factor; we want to reward your creative side, so surprise us! We will also take into account the color range chosen and that the design adapts to the fabric indicated. We’ll decide a winner according to these criteria.
Prize for winning designers
If your print wins, we’ll get in touch with you. We’ll work to make the illustration part of the new 23/24 Autumn-Winter Katia Fabrics collection. We’ll show off your talent on our social media, get ready!
You’ll also receive €150 in Katia products of your choice, including meters of the fabric you’ve illustrated so that you can create whatever you like with it.
